We had our first Black Vegan Life™ retreat since the pandemic on Memorial Day

Weekend. What a beautiful day it was! Sign-up for my newsletter so you’re the

10:00am – Gentle Yoga and Meditation

(indoor or outdoor based on the weather)

11:00am – Self-Love Journaling, Pool, Relaxation or Hiking 

(ladies’ choice)

12:00pm – Whole-Food Plant-Based Lunch 

(indoor or outdoor)

1:00pm – Workshop: Slaying Self-Doubt and Stepping Into Your Brilliance

2:00pm – Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

3:30pm – Goodbyes
